- Display name
- Uploaded lab report & prescription images
- Medication records & reminders
- Apple ID (for Sign in with Apple)
2. How We Use It
- OCR text extraction from your uploaded reports
- Display health metric trends & medication reminders
- AI-powered metric analysis (chat)
- Sync data across your devices
3. Third-Party AI Service
We use Alibaba Cloud DashScope API for OCR text recognition and AI chat analysis.
Data shared:
- OCR — Uploaded report images
- AI Chat — Metric name, metric history (recent 6 values with dates), conversation history
Purpose: Text extraction and AI-powered health analysis
Recipient: Alibaba Cloud (DashScope API), dashscope.aliyun.com
The third-party provider is contractually obligated to:
- Not use your data for AI model training
- Not store your data beyond the processing session
- Provide data protection equal to that described in this policy
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties. No data is sent to the AI service without your explicit action.
4. User Consent
You must explicitly agree to this Privacy Policy before using the app. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account from the Profile page.
5. Data Deletion
Report images are automatically deleted from our server after you confirm OCR results. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data.
6. Data Security
- All data transmitted over HTTPS encryption
- Passwords stored using hashed & salted encryption
- We never sell your data
